ready CAMPSign

General Information
CAMPSign is a tool that identifies antimicrobial peptides based on patterns of the 45 major AMP families which users can submit sequences for screening the presence of AMP signatures. Users can also use BLAST to find homologous sequences in popular AMP databases such as CAMP, APD, AVPdb, BACTIBASE etc. This work has been funded by grants from Department of Science & Technology, India and Indian Council of Medical Research.
