General Information
FuGEFlow represents a collaborative effort to develop of flow cytometry experimental workflow description based on the FuGE model. The Functional Genomics Experiment data model (FuGE) describes common aspects of comprehensive, high-throughput experiments. FuGE is an extendable model that provides a basis for creation of new technology-specific data formats, such as FuGEFlow for flow cytometry.
