FAIRsharing is here! From our first incarnation, BioSharing.org, which focussed on the life sciences, we are growing into FAIRsharing.org, to serve users across all disciplines and support Findable, Accessible, Interoperable and Reusable (FAIR) data.

Developed in United States

Published in No year specified.

Type: Journal

The mission of Molecular and Cellular Proteomics is to foster the development and applications of proteomics in both basic and translational research. The Resources for Authors document contains guidelines and requirements for authors submitting manuscripts to the journal. Information on data deposition and standardization prior to manuscript submission is available from a number of guidelines linked from this document. Authors of accepted papers containing nucleotide sequences must submit the sequence data to approved repositories. Authors of papers describing new structure determinations must submit to the Protein Data Bank. Authors are encouraged to place raw data from clinical proteomics in publicly accessible database storage sites. Annotated spectra must be provided for proteins identified on the basis of single peptide and post-translationally modified peptides.
