The Kinetic Simulation Algorithm Ontology aims at providing support in unambiguously referring to simulation algorithms when describing a simulation experiment. It describes and classifies existing algorithms and their inter-relationships through the algorithm characteristics and parameters.

OBO Foundry
The Open Biological and Biomedical Ontology (OBO) Foundry is a collective of ontology developers that are committed to collaboration and adherence to shared principles.
